We give the order to the cargo according to your purchase day. We send the product in 3 business days. After we give your parcel to the cargo we inform you.

Return & Exchange Policy
*Purchased products to return:
You may not satisfied with the products you have received. You can return it within 15 days after you received it and get a refund. You can call 0090 222 231 66 96 or send an e-mail to ilustidesign@gmail.com . We will inform the cargo service in order to take the product from your door in Turkey sales. Please keep the product without using it and in undamaged conditions until the Cargo company receives it. If you live abroad you send it back to us in 15 days as well.

If there is damage or defect on the product, you can return it within 30 days and get your money back. You can send an e-mail to ilustidesign@gmail.com or you can get your undamaged item packaged by free shipping by contacting us.
